This was one of the best, most well-organized, and exciting tours I’ve ever done. They kept us fed, warm, and our spirits high the whole day while we traversed down a canyon in a remote section of the park for hours. The laughs and good vibes definitely enhanced the experience, as our guides were such interesting and fun people to be around. Shoutout to Danelle and Will- you guys rock (pun intended)! Every activity was clearly explained so we could understand how to do each section. My favorite was definitely being lowered down a waterfall!! Had an amazing time on the canyoning adventure through torrent river! It was an exciting mix between beautiful nature, adrenaline, fun, hiking, swimming and sliding. It really pushes you to get out of your comfort zone but in a very fun way. And after you’ve done an 8 meter jump you’ll feel so amazing that you tried it! Epic adventure! These guys are the best. An amazing day full of adventure in pristine nature. Tough and long but absolutely worth it. There is nothing like this and I have tried so many activities in New Zealand for many years. Second canyoning with them and loved every moment. Brought some friends along and they had the best time! Best part of our trip! Challenging, scary at times but with great guides who made the whole thing feel in control and a real pleasure. We did the torrent bay package and it was manageable for first timers but also challenging enough to be exciting. We also saw dolphins on our way out. Which was a bonus. If your looking for something to do that shows you a side of able Tasman you would otherwise never get to experience then canyoning with these guys is the way to go! Loved it! Read Less

We had the most amazing time canyoning with Abel Tasman Canyons on Friday. Our guide Leo was super fun, friendly and obviously loves what he does which is totally infectious. The whole experience from the booking process to being dropped off by water taxi at the end of the day was fantastic and well organised - we were well looked after from start to finish. The canyoning itself was so beautiful and there were varied activities throughout. 3 hours felt like it went by in 10 minutes and we smiled, laughed and cheered the whole time.
