My Vaccine Pass
Our highest priority is to keep everyone safe on our trips. With the announcement of the new Covid-19 Protection Framework we are mandated to make it a requirement for all customers over 12 yrs & 3 mths to use the ‘My Vaccine Pass’ to access our tours and services.
From the 3rd of December 2021 all guest will need to provide evidence of vaccination at check-in. You can request your proof of vaccine here mycovidrecord.health.nz
THE EXEMPTIONS ARE:
- private groups on trips that do not require water taxi rides, or can be booked on a private charter water taxi
- children under 12 years and 3 months
- if you have a formal written medical exemption from the Ministry of Health.
We understand some of you may not be able to travel with us this summer. In this instance we will refund your trip or you can move your trip to another date when you meet the ‘my vaccine pass’ requirements. Please contact us to discuss your options, we are happy to help as much as we can.
Our favorite part of the job has always been cleaning wetsuits at the end of the day! Jokes aside. Once wetsuits and safety equipment have been used for the day, it gets disinfected and kept aside for 4 days before it goes back into circulation. All vehicles get thoroughly disinfected after each use. High touch areas get cleaned regularly. Before and after each lunch or snack stop we’ll ask everyone to sanitise their hands. Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the day.
Be smart, keep apart
Unless you’re travelling in your bubble, we ask you to practice appropriate social distancing. We’ll pass on the usual handshake in the morning and the hugs or high fives at the end of the day but don’t worry, we’ll connect through adventure!
Upon booking we collect contact information of all participants, either through our booking system, on the phone or via pre-arrival online check ins. We display the QR code poster for the NZ Covid-19 Tracer app.
Our standard cancellation policy applies, however if you have been requested to self-isolate/quarantine, you have symptoms of COVID-19, or are awaiting COVID-19 test result you will receive a full refund or can transfer your trip to another date without extra charges. Please contact us well ahead of time if you have booked and any of the above applies.
