How we’re keeping you safe on our trips


Our favorite part of the job has always been cleaning wetsuits at the end of the day! Jokes aside. Once wetsuits and safety equipment has been used for the day, it gets disinfected and kept aside for 4 days before it goes back into circulation. All vehicles get thoroughly disinfected after each use. High touch areas get cleaned regularly. Before and after each lunch or snack stop we’ll ask everyone to sanitise their hands. Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the day.

Be smart, keep apart

Unless you’re travelling in your bubble, we ask you to practice appropriate social distancing. We’ll pass on the usual handshake in the morning and the hugs or high fives at the end of the day but don’t worry, we’ll connect through adventure!

Contact tracing

Upon booking we collect contact information of all participants, either through our booking system, on the phone or via pre-arrival online check ins. We display the QR code poster for the NZ Covid-19 Tracer app.

Cancellation policy

Our standard cancellation policy applies, however if alert levels change; you have been requested to self-isolate/quarantine, you have symptoms of COVID-19, or are awaiting COVID-19 test result you will receive a full refund or can transfer your trip to another date without extra charges. Please contact us well ahead of time if you have booked and any of the above applies.
